Bringing mindfulness into our daily life is a practice and an art. Once we have begun to learn the core aspects of mindfulness it can be of great benefit to be part of an on-going community that supports one’s practice. Mindful living groups give one the opportunity to practice in a caring environment with others. In these groups there is the opportunity to share how we are meeting the everyday challenges and joys of one’s life with mindfulness and self-compassion.

These groups are usually one and half hours long and meet on a weekly basis.
